How the Hamper Helpers process works

The Reminder

Once you’ve scheduled your order, you can expect on the evening before your pick-up to receive a text message reminder to leave your laundry out the next morning for our driver.

Gather up your laundry

You can bag all your laundry in a kitchen bag(s) for the first pick-up. On completion of your first pick-up & delivery order, you will receive a free reusable laundry bag for subsequent orders.

Schedule a Pick-up

The Hamper Helpers process starts by going to HamperHelpers.com and pressing the "Schedule a Pick-up" button.

Wash and Dry

Our employees carefully check pockets for foreign items, sort, spot check, wash (using your prefered detergent and scent options) & dry.

The Delivery

The next day, we drop off your laundry beautifully folded "Drawer Ready" and packaged to put away.

The Pick-up

Our driver will pick-up, label and bring your laundry to our processing location to be washed, dried and folded.
